Lake Arvesta Farms in South Haven, Michigan is 188 acres of adventure on and off the disc golf course. If Lake Arvesta is not on your disc golf bucket list it should be. They have four courses on site: yellow, white, blue and ‘the short-cut’ that skips the water holes.

SHARA Disc Golf Course in South Haven, Michigan features 18-holes that range from to 139 to 394 feet, the total course distance is 4,524 feet. Concrete tees and Prodigy T2 baskets. Cart friendly and dogs are allowed.

Camera Park in Glendale Heights, IL, is a great local 9-hole disc golf course. This is a great beginner friendly disc golf course that will also challenge intermediate and advanced players with distance.

Van Horn Woods DiscGolfPark in Plainfield, IL. This 9-hole disc golf course is very technical through the woods. This course was designed by Dana Vicich in 2024.

Dellwood and The Return of The Masters at The Oaks. In Mokena, IL. The Oaks was established in 2003, its one off the older courses in the Greater Joliet area and the perfect location for this Masters disc golf tournament, ages 40 and above, brought to you by Dellwood Disc Golf.

The Quarry at Rotary Park in LaSalle, IL. This 18-hole disc golf course has so much elevation here, that’s what makes it unique. This is a course that you should add to your bucket list just for the views. Established in 2024, designed by Dana Vicich, Dan Nagle and Wes Black.

Katherine Legge Memorial Park (or “KLM”) Disc Golf Course in Hinsdale, IL. This Disc Golf course is 18-holes, moderately wooded with elevation changes and doubles as a dog park in the mornings and evenings. Photographs by Lauren Lakeberg.
